  • WHO CAN QUALIFY FOR AN OUTDOOR RESEARCH GROUP SALES PURCHASE?

  • We are happy to extend our group rate discounts to various organizations, businesses, clubs and outdoor industry affiliated groups. Please contact us directly at groupsales@outdoorresearch.com to find out if you qualify for our special group rate pricing.

  • What products are available for purchase through group sales?

  • Any product from the entire Outdoor Research line is available for purchase for your group or corporate needs. Please note that not all colors and styles may carry over from season to season. For best availability, please see our core Corporate and Group Sales Gear Line.

  • Are samples available?

  • Yes. Samples can be made available and/or purchased with order fulfillment dependent on current standing inventory.

  • Do you provide custom embroidery?

  • While we don’t currently offer custom embroidery or screen printing in-house, we work with several embroidery partners and are happy to connect you with them. We are also able to drop ship your order to any U.S. location, so you can work with one of our recommended partners or any other of your choice.

  • Do you require a minimum order in regard to size, color, or style?

  • Opening orders should have a minimum of 10 units.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

  • We are able to process payment for Group Sale orders via credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX). For orders exceeding credit balances, please contact us directly at groupsales@outdoorresearch.com for pricing and sale availability.

  • Shipping

  • Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order invoice.

  • I’m interested in your tactical line. Is this product available for group purchases?

  • Our GOV/Berry Compliant product is available for purchase through our regular Group Sales Channel. Order fulfillment will be dependent on production inventory. Please contact groupsales@outdoorresearch.com for pricing and sale availability.

  • I am using government funds to pay for the order. What do I need to do?

  • Any government-issued credit order will need to be processed through separate channels. Please contac torpro@outdoorresearch.com directly for information on placing these orders.

  • Returns/exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges must be confirmed by a Group Sales associate prior to a return shipment. Please emai lgroupsales@outdoorresearch.com to inquire about setting up a return authorization (RA) number.
